　　山东省潍坊市首批公租房已在高新区开建，目前正在地基处置阶段。1月15日，记者来到潍坊高新区青银高速公路15号口以西、健康东街以北的公租房建设工地采访懂得到，首批共建设3栋608套公租房，户型均在60平方米以下，包含卧室、客厅、厨房和卫生间，能满意入住者日常生活需求。预计2012年底交付使用，届时将缓解城市中等偏下收入阶层住房困难的问题。

　　当天上午11时许，记者来到位于潍坊高新区青银高速公路15号口以西、健康东街以北的公租房建设工地。首先映入眼帘的是吊挂在工地进口处的一条红色横幅，上面写着“关注低收入人群,louboutin，加快廉租房建设”几个醒目的大字。

　　全部建设场地被红白栅栏分为三个小建设场地，边上竖着三座六七十米高的大型塔吊。记者发明，南侧两个小建设场地内，地槽均已挖好，混凝土垫层与筏板基础也均已建好,abercrombie，而北侧的小建设场地内，土方开挖已完成。

　　等待公租房早日建成
